Stephen Demos

Stephen’s practice areas center on corporate governance, debt and equity financing, and mergers and acquisitions. With experience representing lenders, investors, entrepreneurs and growth stage companies, he is adept at working with a variety of clients and facilitating all aspects of business growth. He is especially passionate about guiding early-stage businesses looking to grow their companies and expand their services. Outside of his legal work, he coaches basketball and mentors high school youth in Baltimore.
