He regularly acts on behalf of private equity groups and banks.

Mr. Sachs left to co-found KMS Investments, Inc. with Broadway producer Kevin McCollum. Next, Mr. Sachs became President of Capital Investors II, LLC, an early-stage venture fund whose LPs include many of greater Washington DC's leading entrepreneurs and financiers. Subsequently, Mr. Sachs co-founded Bethany Partners, LLC, with Joshua Freeman of Carl M. Freeman Companies.
