Brandi Weekley is a Partner in Taft’s Business practice group, and has substantial experience advising private equity sponsors and strategic investors in connection with complex merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions. As a transactional lawyer, she also counsels private equity funds, venture capital funds, and emerging growth companies on all aspects of capital formation, private placements and general corporate matters.
