Vipul Patel

Vipul is a senior vice president at Aon Risk Solutions and a senior broker in Aon’s Transaction Solutions Practice. He brokers, structures and negotiates representations and warranties insurance policies in connection with mergers and acquisitions by private equity firms and corporations with a focus on healthcare provider transactions. Previously, he was a vice president in the health care investment banking group at Robert W. Baird, where he focused on mergers, acquisitions and capital raising transactions.
