With an extensive finance and investment background, Thomas is a true veteran in the field. His career began with Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, in which he performed due diligence and developed financial valuation models for IPO, M&A, and private equity transactions. As a Director of Corporate Development with Sprint Nextel, he successfully executed hundreds of millions of dollars in M&A and investments. Thomas also served as president of a 1,000-acre golf course real estate development, which received national recognition. With a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from BYU and an MBA from Columbia Business School, Thomas is highly qualified and knowledgeable in his field.

Hazvinei has broad cross-functional experience in a variety of roles as legal counsel (private practice and in-house) and in business as a marketing and sales executive in the global biotechnology and nutrition industry. Currently, Hazvinei focuses on advising clients on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, project finance, capital formation and transactions such as venture capital, private equity, or private credit. Hazvinei’s clients include individuals, private funds, emerging businesses, family offices and public companies.
