Neil Cooper

Neil Cooper is the Executive Partner of RCCB, attorneys who think and act like entrepreneurs and business people. Neil focuses his practice primarily on business and corporate law matters, effectively serving as outside general counsel to many of his clients. Neil advises clients on acquisitions and dispositions and a broad range of business agreements, with emphasis on emerging growth and middle market companies, entrepreneurs, and investors.
