Michael Mufson is a founder and Managing Director of Mufson Howe Hunter & Co. LLC, a Philadelphia based investment banking firm for the past 18 years. The firm focuses on sell side M&A and capital raising for family and closely held middle market businesses. His investment banking experiences spans over 30 years having completed hundreds of transactions. He has been head of equity capital markets at Commerce Bancorp, co -head of investment banking at Janney Montgomery Scott among other senior positions. He has a BA and MBA from George Washington U and is also a CPA.
