Amy represents and advises banks, other financial institutions, and commercial borrowers in secured and unsecured lending transactions.

Amy’s experience includes documenting and negotiating secured and unsecured senior credit facilities, subordinated debt facilities, refinancings, syndications, loan modifications, and long-term loan maintenance.  She additionally advises businesses across industries such as manufacturing, engineering, tech, and agriculture with respect to commercial contract preparation and negotiation and regarding general business matters.
