Reducing Deal Friction in an Evolving Landscape

Presented By: Benesch / Aon

There’s little doubt that M&A activity continues to be busy, but it also continues to adapt as factors that influence the economy, risk mitigation, and deal structure change. Join a panel of executives and advisors as they break down best practices in navigating what’s new and how to overcome stumbles, stops, and re-starts along the way.

Following a 40-minute panel discussion you will have the opportunity to meet the speakers and ask questions during a 20-minute video Q&A session.
