Beyond the First Deal: Building Value Through Recaps, Roll-Ups and the Next Exit

Presented By: Johnson Investment Counsel / MelCap Partners, LLC

The first transaction is often just the beginning. This session follows the full lifecycle of entrepreneurs and investors who use recapitalizations, roll-ups and strategic acquisitions to build a larger, more valuable enterprise—and ultimately position it for another sale.
