Since then, Ray has started, acquired or invested in 16 other businesses, from manufacturing to publishing to e-commerce. Ray is also an accomplished author, writing his first book, Run Improve Grow in 2013. Definity was acquired by Clark Schaefer Hackett in 2018 and Ray now serves as the Chief Innovation Officer.

Merry, an experienced businesswoman with a master’s degree in social work, founded Pearl Interactive Network, a social enterprise that blends a for-profit business with a social mission that provides work opportunities to the people with barriers to employment. Through Merry’s leadership, the company is scaled to over 1,500 employees, and registered in 26 states. Pearl gained traction among the world’s largest federal government contractors, and positioned the company as an expert comprehensive contact center with specialties in beneficiary and supportive care navigation services.

Jim joined Crane Renovation Group as President in August, 2014 to lead the company on an aggressive growth plan. Jim has experience in rebranding and growing companies. In 2000 he joined Crane Group as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of their siding group that was called VIPCO at the time. Jim led the rebranding of the company to Crane Performance Siding and became President in 2002. The company continued to grow and ultimately was rebranded as Exterior Portfolio by Crane.
