Adam serves as CEO of Sprosty Bag and Duke Acquisition Co. Adam acquired Sprosty Bag via a self-funded search in 2021 and recapitalized the company alongside the holding company, KCN Companies, in 2025. Through Duke Acquisition Co., Adam and his team are building a platform to acquire and grow packaging businesses in the industrial, chemical, agriculture, and bulk food markets.
