Demetrius brings over a decade of experience advising companies on business and tax law matters. As shareholder at Roetzel & Andress, Demetrius advises companies on the tax implications of tax-free reorganization, employee benefits and welfare plans, acquisitions and divestitures, and multi-state nexus issues. In addition, he assists clients in resolving tax-related issues with taxing authorities including the U.S. Tax Court, Internal Revenue Service, and state and local taxing authorities.
