Matt is currently the Chairman & CEO of OneCompass Holdings. OneCompass Holdings is a 100% employee-owned holding company based in Dublin, Ohio. OneCompass has three, 100% owned operating businesses: FST Logistics, Hyway Transportation and Aquinas Leadership Group. The combined holdings account for nearly $200m in revenue and employs nearly 700 employee-owners. Over the last 2 years, OneCompass has completed three acquisitions and made one minority investment in a local minority owned business, Evolve Global Logistics.
