RJ Valentine

RJ Valentine is an accomplished entrepreneur, executive, and board member leading private equity-backed and public companies. He has served as CEO, COO, or CFO in multiple companies. Most recently he was CFO of Foundation Wellness, where he helped lead the company’s sale in late 2024 from Gridiron Capital to Bansk Capital and completed his planned exit by early 2026.

He has completed 30 global buy-side and sell-side transactions totaling $1.5 billion and has deep expertise in value creation, exit preparedness, and maximizing exit outcomes.
