Clawson-based Telegration Inc. has been acquired by AppSmart.
Telegration provides a range of voice, internet, long distance, mobility, cable, data, cloud, hosted PBX and managed IT services and is a member of The Alliance Partners, the largest consortium of IT, telecom and cloud technology distributors in the U.S. dedicated to fostering better business outcomes for the channel ecosystem.
Effective immediately, Telegration becomes an AppSmart company.
“Similar to how Amazon is the everything store for consumers, AppSmart is designed to be the digital services store for businesses — from cloud to wireless to energy,” Telegration Founder and CEO Denis Raue said in a statement. “We look forward to being part of the AppSmart family working to create scale in distribution and delivering outstanding agent support tools.”
Raue will serve as vice president/corporate development at AppSmart and Telegration President Tim Basa will be vice president of sales.
Basa added: “During our 29-year history, we have worked to enhance the distribution capabilities of solution providers while empowering sales success of channel partners,” Basa said. “Our vision and culture align perfectly. This is a great marriage of the AppSmart technology with our integration.”
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
