Troy-based IMMY Inc. has raised $100,000 of angel funding in the form of convertible debt from undisclosed investors, according to PitchBook.
The company manufactures audio and visual headsets which offer virtual augmented reality experiences, typically through playing video games. Earlier this year, IMMY raised $21,000 of angel funding, also from undisclosed investors.
Overall, the company raised a total of $2.4 million in seven rounds of funding through May 2015, according to Crunchbase.
