Farmington Hills-based RHP Properties, an owner and operator of manufactured home communities, has acquired 17 communities.
The $170 million acquisition includes 3,177 sites in five different states, including its first foray into Wisconsin.
"With a strong start to 2019, we look forward to continued growth and opportunities throughout the year," RHP CEO Ross H. Partrich said in a statement.
- The company now has 254 manufactured home communities nationwide, totaling more than 63,659 home sites.
