APR Supply Co. is set to acquire Plumbers Equipment Co. at the anticipated close date of April 5, 2021.
According to PHCP PROS, the acquisition of Plumbers Equipment gives APR the ability to accelerate its western Pennsylvania expansion and add bath and kitchen showrooms in that market. APR will introduce HVAC products to these locations, and support the branches through a regional distribution center model. This will be supplemented by the company’s Lebanon, Pennsylvania central distribution center and overall logistics capabilities.
