Asset-Map, a Philadelphia-based computer software startup, has raised $999,995 of angel funding from undisclosed investors, according to an SEC filing.

The company’s technology is designed to help operators visualize a client’s complete financial inventory on a single page.

Asset-Map is offering $1.5 million in securities, of which $500,005 remain as of the filing. The company also noted that Wwarrants to purchase up to $375,000 in shares of Series A Preferred stock were issued to the purchasers.
