Conservation Labs Inc. recently raised $725,000 of venture funding in the form of convertible note from undisclosed investors, according to PitchBook. The business is developing smart water meter technology designed to monitor water consumption in the built environment.

Conservation Labs was founded in 2016 and has raised $2.55 million to date.

The company’s non-invasive water meter can be attached to any water pipe and can integrate with an application to transmit data on water consumption, potential leaks and appliance usage, enabling homeowners to monitor the flow of water throughout their home and save money.
