Goff Backa Alfera & Co. LLC has acquired the audit and attestation practice of Seachrist & Associates A.C., effective Jan. 1, 2020. The firm will maintain offices in Pittsburgh and Wheeling, West Virginia, and the former Seachrist & Associates audit team will continue to operate from Wheeling and service clients in the same manner.
Seachrist & Associates will continue preparing income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, estates and nonprofits. The firm will also continue to provide clients a wide range of other services including bookkeeping, consulting and payroll.
“We have been working on mutual clients with Craig Seachrist and his team for many years and now we are very excited to expand this working relationship,” Goff Backa Alfera & Co.
