Ikos Holdings Inc. recently raised $855,832 of venture funding in the form of convertible debt from undisclosed investors, according to PitchBook. The company has raised $8.69 million to date and is valued at $16 million.

The Pittsburgh startup, which was founded in 2016, has created an online rental platform intended to bridge the gap between landlords and tenants. Ikos’ platform offers real-time market data for rental, rehab and investment decisions, enabling landlords to gain more reliable leads and improve their occupancy rates.

The company is led by CEO Steven Welles, who is a co-founder.
