Limbach Holdings’ sale agreement to acquire Toledo, Ohio-based Dunbar Mechanical Inc. expired without going through, Contractor reports.
Pittsburgh-based Limbach announced its plans to acquire Dunbar in a September 2018 press release.
Limbach Holdings’ third quarter report for 2018 has an update that states: "On Nov. 18, 2018, the company received a termination notice of the Stock Purchase Agreement relating to its previously announced pending acquisition of Dunbar Mechanical Inc."
