Acusis LLC has acquired Cybergistics LLC of Neptune, N.J. The acquisition will help the Pittsburgh-based provider of clinical documentation and revenue cycle management services to expand its capabilities, especially in the large hospital segment and health systems.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
“The acquisition of Cybergistics is a definitive step aimed at meeting increased needs of the marketplace,” Acusis CEO KB Anand said in a statement.
The combination will bring down cost and improve operational efficiency, Acusis said
