Acusis LLC, a Pittsburgh-based provider of clinical documentation and revenue cycle management solutions since 2001, has acquired Woodham and Associates of Florida LLC.
Acusis and Woodham HIM Solutions, a coding services company in Tequesta, Florida, coming together is a strategic alignment for delivering all of its consolidated services on-demand to large hospitals and health systems.
Woodham is the second major acquisition by Acusis in the medical coding space in the past 12 months. In March of 2019, Acusis, which has a team of 1,100 employees, acquired Neptune, New Jersey-based Cybergistics LLC, which significantly enhanced its coding solutions and client base.
