Alight Solutions has completed its acquisition of NGA Human Resources. The combined organization expects to bring an enhanced level of technological capabilities, functional expertise and geographic reach across benefits, payroll and HR solutions to its global client base.

Alight provides payroll solutions to some of the largest companies in North America, while NGA HR delivers payroll across more than 150 countries. Both organizations are considered to be driven by innovative technologies including Eloise, an intelligent virtual assistant that corrects, predicts and prevents payroll errors; the euHReka multi-tenant cloud payroll platform; and hrX, which provides companies with a centralized point to access their payroll and HR solutions including analytics.
NGA HR CEO Andy Monshaw added: “We are thrilled to join Alight and create a true leader in global payroll and cloud solutions. Our complementary capabilities and platforms will provide our clients with a powerful combination of products, solutions and expertise.”
Monshaw will report to Michalak and sit on Alight’s executive leadership team. Financial terms were not disclosed.
