Allied Resources Group (ARG), the parent company to a collection of engineering, inspection, staffing, and technology solutions companies, announces the acquisition of R.T. Patterson Company (RTP), an engineering firm with a history dating back more than 65 years.
As a service provider in the heavy industrial, manufacturing, chemical and utility markets, ARG's acquisition of RTP is a move that strengthens its engineering capabilities and enhances the ability to deliver innovative solutions to its clients. With offices in Pittsburgh, Crown Point and Evansville, Indiana, ARG will be better positioned to serve clients in these areas. The acquisition is effective immediately.
