Aspirant, a Pittsburgh-based global management consulting and technology firm, has acquired HR Imagined, an outsourced HR solution organization that provides on-demand HR services for small to mid-market businesses. By purchasing the Pittsburgh company, Aspirant expects to grow broaden its Organizational Effectiveness and HR offerings.
As part of the acquisition, HR Imagined President Cheryl Paxton-Hughes will join Aspirant as an engagement manager in the Organizational Effectiveness service area. Paxton-Hughes has a unique background of human resources and information technology. She has a combined 20-years of experience leading HR & IT functions for a variety of industry and company sizes. She holds multiple HR and IT certifications and is an MBA graduate from Robert Morris University.
Aspirant will also offer additional HR-based offerings across the employee life cycle, including HR transformation, outsourced HR and HR technology.
