Attorneys with The Chambers Law Firm of Houston are merging into Babst Calland and opening a new office for the Pittsburgh firm in Texas to help it expand its team and capabilities to serve the needs of existing and new oil and gas clients.

Les R. Chambers, Ryan A. Chambers and Coleman G. Anglin join Babst Calland as shareholders. Nataliya K. Tipton joined as an associate.
