Pittsburgh’s Birchmere Ventures is raising another $10 million with its BV5 Annex LLC that goes along with its active Birchmere Ventures V fund, according to a SEC filing.
Since 1996, Birchmere has invested in many dozens of private companies, resulting in numerous IPOs and M&A transactions representing over $14b in value. The firm is run by partners Seán Sebastian, Ned Renzi and Sean Ammirati.
