Acorio, the largest pure-play ServiceNow consultancy, has acquired BusinessForward, a Pittsburgh management consulting firm.
The acquisition was completed on May 29, 2019. Financial terms were undisclosed.
Founded in 2006 by John Huckle, BusinessForward helps IT, HR and other corporate leaders derive the most from their Enterprise Service Management and Human Capital Management investments.
“This is an extension of our joint abilities to serve our clients in a deeper and more tangible way,” Huckle said in a statement. "For Acorio’s client base, BusinessForward’s expertise will help them better align ServiceNow to its broader transformative business technology needs."
Based in Boston and founded in 2013 by a team of consulting veterans, Acorio has nine regional hubs across the U.S. and an international presence in the Netherlands, Australia and Spain.
