Elliott Group finalized its merger with Nevada-based Ebara International Corp., which added complementary markets, product lines and customers.
Elliott Group will maintain Ebara International’s Cryodynamics brand and manufacture its pumps and expanders at its global headquarters and factory in Jeannette, Pa. The company expects to break ground on a cryogenic product testing facility close to its headquarters.
“Elliott has been working closely with (Ebara) for the past year and a half to ensure continuity of expertise, service, and quality for existing and new customers and business partners,” Elliott Group CEO Michael Lordi said in a statement.
