ERIN, an employee referral platform, announced the closing of a $5 million financing round led by Reformation Partners. Reformation Partners is joined by BlueTree VC, Grouse Ridge Capital, Yoshimi Iyadomi, and existing investor LabCo NYC.

“Growth over the last year has been incredible. ERIN is now the employee referral platform for over 1.5 million employees in 100 countries” says Mike Stafiej, CEO. “This round of funding will allow us to keep up with market demand, drive innovative new features, and continue to provide world-class support to our customers”.

ERIN offers an advanced feature set that allows customers to completely automate employee referrals from the point of referral through bonus payment. The mobile app is packed with gamification and tracking features that keep employees active with their company’s talent acquisition initiatives, driving more referrals overall and significantly increasing the number of converted referral hires.

David Rogg, Managing Partner at Reformation Partners, says, “ERIN has emerged as a leader, powering smarter, more effective referral recruiting for enterprises at scale. Referral recruiting is the golden ticket in the hiring stack, producing leading recruiting yields and employee longevity. ERIN helps large enterprises, across a wide range of desk and non-desk industries from healthcare to industrial to tech, manage these complex systems.”
