Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc., a $4 billion Long Island, New York-based Fintech company, has agreed to acquire Pittsburgh’s Fi360 Inc. The transaction will help enhance Broadridge’s existing retirement solutions and further strengthen the firm’s data and analytics tools and solutions.
Fi360, which was founded in 1999, provides of fiduciary-focused software, data and analytics, for financial advisers and intermediaries across the retirement and wealth ecosystem. Fi360 also provides the accreditation and continuing education for the accredited investment fiduciary designation.
The acquisition is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals, and is expected to close in November.
Raymond James & Associates is acting as financial adviser to Fi360 in the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
