Roof Advisory Group Inc. has agreed to join Fort Pitt Capital Group LLC. The transaction will expand the Pittsburgh-based firm’s presence in Pennsylvania and position its business for further growth in the Northeast, while also deepening and broadening the investment capabilities of the combined firm.
The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.
The two firms are part of Focus Financial Partners Inc., a partnership of independent, fiduciary wealth management firms. Focus partner firms maintain their operational independence, while benefitting from synergies, scale, economics and best practices to achieve their business objectives.
Founded in 1998, Roof Advisory is a registered investment adviser in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, that provides fee-only wealth management solutions and investment advice to high net worth individuals and families.
