Look Good Brands LLC, a subsidiary of Canonsburg-based Deka Lash, has acquired Salt Lake City-based Legends Boxing in its ongoing plan to bring beauty, health and fitness brands together.
“Eight years ago, we set out on a mission to change lives by helping people look their best through beauty and we will continue this journey as we add fitness to our portfolio,” Deka Lash co-founder and CEO Michael Blair said in a statement. “Our creation of Look Good Brands marks a significant milestone as this will allow us to accelerate our growth more than ever before.”
Deka Lash is one of the fastest-growing eyelash extension franchisees in the country. Look Good Brands will be led by Blair and Jerel Tomasello, who joins the brand with extensive franchise experience and is the current COO of Deka Lash.
Legends Boxing was founded in 2011 by brothers Robert and Andrew Scott to provide a full-body workout while learning USA Boxing techniques and step-by-step fitness boxing classes. Andrew Scott, a co-founder and two-time Golden Gloves State Champion, will stay on as national head coach and will spearhead all the training for the new franchisees.
