Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania-headquartered PHOENIX Rehabilitation & Health Services has agreed to acquire Colorado Athletic Conditioning Clinic, expanding the company’s geographic reach to Colorado.

In operation for more than 30 years, CACC operates four clinics throughout the Denver area offering specialized physical therapy care. CACC clinics will continue to be managed by Mark Navilliat, its current founder and president. The company’s 50-plus employees will transition to PHOENIX and remain part of the team going forward.

The addition of CACC allows PHOENIX to expand both its geographic reach into a new area with a strong local partner known for delivering exceptional patient care.
