Prodigo Solutions Inc. recently raised $4.29 million in venture funding from undisclosed investors, according to PitchBook. The provider of a supply chain management platform, which is designed to control expenses on supplies through contract automation, has raised $14.79 from venture investors through three rounds since 2017.

The Cranberry Township company, which was founded in 2008, provides a suite of cloud-based products for large and small health care providers throughout the U.S. to track and control supply chain spending on medical products by connecting buyers and suppliers virtually.

Prodigo Solutions is led by Executive Chairman and President Joseph Mayernik, who has 40 years of business experience, including spending the last decade as founder, chairman/CEO of Healthcare Waste Solutions. Executive Vice President Micheel S. DeLuca, who has worked at UPMC, Alcoa, Motorola and Commerce One, leads the business’s operations.
