Rimkus Consulting Group Inc., a Houston-headquartered provider of forensic engineering and consulting services, has acquired Pittsburgh-based Brashear Construction Consulting Inc., in order to expand Rimkus’ core service lines and team of technical experts.
The deal follows Rimkus’ capital announcement in 2019 to support long-term growth strategies.

BCC provides a range of services for any project size including construction claims, forensic delay analysis, contract and risk management, as well as dispute resolution processes.
Rimkus operates more than 60 offices across the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom with a consulting network of more than 500 experts.
