Philadelphia-Based Rodan Enterprises LLC, doing business as SureShade, has been acquired by LCI Industries subsidiary, Lippert Components Manufacturing Inc.
SureShade, a designer and manufacturer of sunshade systems for the outdoor recreation industry in North America and Europe, holds a number of patents on its automated retractable shade systems that allow it to deliver improved sun protection and comfort.
LCI, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lippert Components Inc., supplies highly engineered components for the leading original equipment manufacturers of leisure vehicles and mobile transportation, and the related aftermarkets of those industries.
LCI welcomes SureShade’s previous owners, Ronald and Danalyn Russikoff, and the SureShadeteam to the LCI family. Danalyn Russikoff will continue to lead the SureShadesales team and assist LCI in expanding our global marine presence.
