One of System One’s companies ALTA IT Services LLC has acquired Cohesion, which delivers workforce solutions and agile consulting services to the government and private sectors. With this acquisition, Pittsburgh-based System One and ALTA expand their capacity to help clients transform their technology environments.
Cohesion, which has offices in Baltimore and Cincinnati, will integrate as a part of ALTA IT Services, which is headquartered in Rockville, Maryland and provides IT staffing and consulting services for government, commercial, and non-profit enterprises.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
