Wabtec Corp. announced the pricing of 20,485,156 shares of stock, for $72.50 per share, by General Electric Co. Wabtec granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,048,515 shares. Wabtec will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares in the offering.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley are acting as joint lead book-running managers for the offering. J.P. Morgan and BNP PARIBAS are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
