WESCO Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Wesco International, has closed its acquisition of certain assets of Sylvania Lighting Solutions from OSRAM Sylvania, including its business operations in the United States and Canada.
- Based in Wilmington, Massachusetts, SLS offers energy-efficient lighting upgrade, retrofit and renovation solutions. The company has sales of more than $100 million and employs approximately 220 people.
- WESCO is a Fortune 500 provider of electrical, industrial and communications MRO and OEM products with operations in 17 countries.
- Todd Myers, SLS's current CEO, will continue to lead the organization.
