Rea & Associates Inc., a regional accounting and business consulting firm, has announced its intention to merge with the Gahanna, Ohio-based firm, Kennedy Cottrell Richards, on Sept. 1, 2020. The single practice will include more than 300 professionals who are positioned to serve clients throughout Ohio.

Formed from the merger of two successful firms in 2007, Kennedy Cottrell Richards specializes in providing accounting, auditing and consulting services to the government sector.

After the merger, Kennedy Cottrell Richards will continue operating out of its existing office at 186 N. High St. in Gahanna.
