Orlando-headquartered Anser Advisory has acquired H.R. Gray, a 76 employee owner’s representative, construction management and dispute resolution firm based in Columbus. H.R. Gray’s footprint in Ohio and Pennsylvania, as well as its expertise in managing water and wastewater projects are strategic additions to the existing areas of expertise at Anser.

For the last eight years, H.R. Gray has operated as a wholly owned subsidiary of The Haskell Co., a global provider of integrated design, engineering, construction and professional services. The company has offices in Akron, Canton, Cleveland, Columbus and Pittsburgh.

“We are thrilled to join the Anser family,” H.R. Gray President Tom Merritt said, in a statement. “I cannot imagine a better opportunity for us to continue to build on our capabilities and passion for delivering high quality solutions for our clients while creating exciting opportunities for our staff to grow their careers.”

Anser Advisory is a national firm specializing in capital program funding, program management, project management, construction management, and executive advisory services. The business operates as a portfolio company of RTC Partners LP, a New York-based PE firm.
