AdaptaLogix full time professionals will join BDO Digital, LLC, a subsidiary of BDO USA, further strengthening and expanding BDO Digital’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) capabilities, particularly for pharmaceutical companies seeking financial, supply chain, good manufacturing practice (GMP) manufacturing and commercial solutions. The combination is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed on November 16.
