Covington, Ky.-based Commonwealth Hotels has acquired the Courtyard Columbus-Dublin, bringing its portfolio to 48 properties with more than 5,500 rooms.  

"We are thrilled to add another Courtyard to the portfolio while entering the Columbus market," Commonwealth Hotels President Brian Fry said in a statement. "The on-property associates have been incredibly receptive to their new management – we are looking forward to supporting them as they continue to deliver world class service with midwestern charm."

Commonwealth Hotels, founded in 1986, provides hotel management services for branded full service and select service hotels.
