Commonwealth Hotels LLC has bought the Courtyard Columbus-Worthington in order to expand its reach in the Columbus market through the Worthington property. The transaction is the Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky metropolitan area company’s fourth Courtyard and 21 Marriott hotel, which brings the Commonwealth portfolio to 49 hotels totaling 5,980 rooms.
Courtyard Columbus-Worthington has 145 rooms and suites.
Commonwealth Hotels LLC, founded in 1986, has extensive experience managing premium branded full service and select service hotels.
