Installed Building Products Inc. is acquiring 1st State Insulation LLC, a provider of insulation installation services for single-family residential customers. The deal adds approximately $8.8 million in annual revenue for the installation contractor, which has over 7,000 employees at more than 175 locations nationwide.
“Acquisitions remain a key component of our growth plan and we continue to have a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities across multiple geographies, products and end markets,” said Installed Building Products CEO Jeff Edwards.
